A is for Absence #AtoZChallenge

It’s done a good job collecting dust

I can’t believe I’ve been away from my blog for so long. I thought I was done taking such long absences. Pretty sure I had promised myself that it wouldn’t happen again. There are probably lots of excuses as to why it happened. I’ll sift through them and try to find some of the best ones.

November (specifically, after Nov. 8): depression, hopelessness, despair, shock, sadness, worry

December: the holidays

January: laziness

February: a string of illnesses

March: continued illnesses and lingering laziness mixed with depression

April: I remembered that I like the A to Z Challenge. Figured I should get over all that other stuff and start blogging again.

Hi again. I hope things have been going well for you.

  1. Welcome back! You have been missed, so it will be fun to read your A to Z Challenge posts this month. You always do a terrific job with every one. I, too have been away from my blogs for far longer than I’d like to admit, and will not be participating in the Challenge this year – but I am encouraged and inspired by your return to explore/discover/write beyond work assignments and such. Thank you!
