Biscuits Can Fix It

If you’re feeling down, make some biscuits. They can fix it.

I like this recipe for Southern Buttermilk Biscuits from Food.com. I use white whole wheat flour and add a little extra liquid. If I don’t have buttermilk, I substitute by putting 1 TB apple cider vinegar in the 1 c of milk and let it sit for a few minutes.
